Cookery Workshops & Catering

Healthy dishes from my kitchen.

Ancient practices which are deeply rooted in my culture and heritage, combined with modern medical research and education.

I am passionate about showing you how we all have the ability to be healthy and happy when we connect to ourselves through basic, natural ways.

Using Yoga and Ayurveda, we are able to heal the whole body and not just treat our symptoms.

I specialise in Yoga, Ayurvedic Massage, Marmapuncture (Ayurvedic Acupuncture) and Nutrition.

Through continuous study and research we can understand how ancient practices compliment our modern lifestyles.

I am currently studying for an MSc in Yoga Therapy with SVYASA University in Bangalore and learning to apply yoga techniques to common ailments such as cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety and depression to name just a few. The University is engaged in full time research and has developed a system that continues to help many people across the world.

I make regular trips to the University in India to witness research being carried out.

I also continue to deepen my understanding with Yoga's sister science, Ayurveda with The College of Ayurveda here in the UK.

The institute offers a comprehensive and in-depth programme into Ayurvedic medicine equivalent to a BAMS in India (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery).

The training is led by some of the UK's leading Doctors in Ayurvedic Medicine and Healthcare with benchmarks set by the World Health Organisation (WHO). It is also backed by AYUSH in India.

When Yoga and Ayurveda are combined we create a powerful remedy to heal ourselves naturally.
